Multicolor Chips

Item

These poker chips I designed are fully 3D printable in color in one piece using a Bambu Labs 3D printer equipt with their AMS system. The value displayed is easily changable within Fusion 360 and colors can easily be swapped on the machine when printing.

Development

I developed the both the chips and plaque using Fusion 360. To ensure each face in Fusion stays seperate each seperately colored piece on the chip or plaque is seperately extruded as a "New Body" and not a joined feature to the previous body. This maintains all the faces that are going to be needed to be set to different colors later on. Then, using Bambu Labs's slicing software, I color coded everything on the model and set it to print. Using my Bambu A1 with their AMS Lite system, I am then able to easily select colors to use for each color coded section of the model yielding the final result seen above.
